So are you saying i phone simply leaves basics out if they do not fit into their level of capability.
Reminds me of an Ostrich sticking it’s head in the sand.I bet when people bring up flash Steve Jobs puts hands over his ears and goes lah-lah-lah.
Now i pad has a camera and it is some grand event when it should have been there at the get go.
Easy to figure they will, eventually get flash and all these flash does not work well arguments will go away at that point to.
Apple fanboys…yesh.
They must pay the $4@gallon for gas and figure it is somehow better at a higher price also.
I’m saying that Apple made a judgement call—either get 10 hours of usage and snappy performance without Flash, or get 6 hours of usage and sluggish performance with. They chose the former, and it looks like the market is just fine with that (sure, there are plenty of folks complaining, but they’re still buying iPads and iPhones, so they’re clearly not complaining too hard). Most online video is encoded in h.264, so Flash wasn’t really necessary, it was just a slow, buggy, resource hogging middleman. With good HTML5 & CSS3 support, Flash is entirely unnecessary.
Sounds like an excuse Chris.
My Evo is faster than the i phones I"ve compared it to in speed tests with my superior 4G performance and unlike the i phone I am not missing part of the internet.
You say people are buying them up but in one short year Android sells more already ,so I would say buyers have voted that they prefer flash and not having what they view decided for them.
May I add that my dollar store flashlight might last longer but it does not stop me from buying a better Unit .
Well, Bob, it looks like we’ve yet again fallen into this age-old argument. You and I have different priorities. I’m glad that you love your Android phone, and I’m glad you can enjoy the Flash sites that you browse on it. I for one appreciate the decisions that Apple made when they developed the iPhone and iPad, and prefer the experience on them to their Android counterparts. I think we can peacefully coexist.
Yeah, been fun as I always enjoy tech talk even though I am just a primitive cave man with no training or computer experience what so ever other than buying and clicking all the pretty buttons.
Funny thing is most of this stuff does nothing to speed up the process of home inspecting.(we just love looking for the magic gadget that might).
