Name Change on Report

I just uploaded a report today and when the customer retrieved it the software has added an additional client to the report.

Client’s name is Seth Fuentes and the report came back to Frank and Seth Fuentes.

I’ve rechecked my file on both the computer and my iPhone and can’t see anywhere that an mention is made of any Frank.

I did have the software create a username for the client but I generally always do that.

Any ideas?

That username was created by another inspector on March 5 2014 with that email address. The report also showed the two names.

We encourage all users to create one name with one email address. So, in this case “Frank” would have had his own username.
