Yes he could be correct in town . I know of two places that happened .
He sure is wrong in the country. My last place the pump came on at 25 lb
and shut off at 40 lb. 25 lb pressure the water can be 225 degrees~ and
when it continues to get hotter something is going to let go .
60 gallon tank can become a rocket ship and destroy the home .
Water flashing to steam expands 1200 times .
This gentleman needs to use the NACHI site to continue his education.
