The National Association of REALTORs (NAR) followed NACHI’s lead today when they released a similar (only much smaller) online Code of Ethics quiz, open and free to all, and graded instantly.

NAR is to the real estate industry what NACHI is to the home inspection industry (both the sole super powers of each respective profession). So it is natural that we look at each other for ideas that work.

I've always said that an actual proctored and graded ethics quiz is silly because unethical inspectors will give you the correct ethic answers obviously, and that the real purpose of online quizzes like the ones released by NAR and NACHI are to get members to read and understand the codes.

Anyway, the free REALTOR Code of Ethics quiz is open to inspectors too at http://www.realtor.org/rmoquiz2.nsf/ethics?OpenForm Have some fun with it.
