Considering the amount of bandwidth that video conferencing takes up, I would not see that being feasible any time soon.
You can actually conference with any party now but that is also very limited, as I have a DSL connection and it is a terribly burdensome and very ineffective way to communicate at the present time.

I have to agree with Joe… A national video conference can get very expensive. Plus you run into lots of other difficuties such as non compatible machines, slow net connections, software, hardware, getting a good company to transmit the data.
