There aren't many fused 60 amp SE panels out there that are not double/triple tapped in one way or another. There are a few that are flawless but I always tell my client that if they plan on expanding the electrical usage in the house, to consider upgrading to a 100 amp breaker box.
Do not notify the Fire Dept. in Igors' situation, please.
