Holy smokes! No pun intended.

Igor, you may need to update the city that you live in. No one has lived here long enough for sh*t like that to happen. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

This is a perfect example of why fuses are getting a bad rap from the insurance companies. icon_biggrin.gif

Igor,

Wow, I'm surprised that the building is still standing and everyone living there still have all their fingers.

Did you contact the local fire dept. to give them a heads up?![](upload://uaAcCmLY7x1TLbj2pF4FHwwjRET.gif)

Igor,

I report all defects such as yours, to my local fire department.

I guess I should have added this..![](upload://pHQobWbjdVnC5fZqLytDbVCA1Eb.gif), after the statement I made about the fire dept. I was only trying to be funny.

There aren't many fused 60 amp SE panels out there that are not double/triple tapped in one way or another. There are a few that are flawless but I always tell my client that if they plan on expanding the electrical usage in the house, to consider upgrading to a 100 amp breaker box.

Do not notify the Fire Dept. in Igors' situation, please.

I would also let them know that their homemowner’s insurance company might have a problem with either the fuses or the 60 amps, and that they should find out the ins. co. policy on this prior to closing.
