Care for the Homeless of New York City operates a 200-bed shelter for homeless women who are medically frail or mentally ill. The shelter has two rooms to launder the women’s clothes. The larger has six washers and seven dryers. We’ve been told that the venting system for the seven dryers is not installed correctly and could be hazardous.
I’ve tried on-line searches and reached out to several firms who advertise they are dryer vent installers. I’ve had only one respond with a proposal.
Can anyone provide the name and contact information for a reliable, certified installer of duct work from commercial dryers who does work in New York City … preferably in the Bronx?
