Need Grand Coulee area inspector

Hi, I’m a Washington State Home Inspector #361; 32-years experience. I have two friends (the buyer and the agent) that are looking at a 1950’s-era converted motel in the Grand Coulee area. Apparently two of the rooms were converted to a combined residential living space and the other rooms are now storage. It’s too far for me to travel - I’m in the greater Seattle area. I told them I would find them an experienced and qualified InterNACHI inspector. They will also need a sewer scope inspection (or a company recommendation if you don’t perform them.)
