A friend sent me these images of their new home and would like some information on what the line in their EIFS could be. I thought at first maybe it is showing the gap between the insulation layer but not confident in that answer. Any help would be appreciated.
It’s probably the densglass seam.

Expansion joint. Joints are recommended every 30 feet. Also holds true for gypsum although its never done in a residential setting.
