Hi guys, I live in colorado, just made an offer on a little 750 sq ft ranch in st pete beach. No appliances, needs work. Not a flipper, I intend to retire to it in a few years. Need a reasonably priced inspection of major stuff, I know it needs paint, trim etc. Want someone with more than a few inspections under his belt. Thanks.

Best bet is to go to the InterNachi website and search for inspectors based on the location. You’ll get a list of inspectors you can call and “interview” to be sure their qualifications, experience and rapport are what you’re looking for.
