Hi all, did I miss a notification about the PA House of Horrors closing? The google page says it’s closed permanently and there’s no mention of it on the internachi site… Can anyone shed some light on what happened?

What the Governor’s Mansion closed?
The website indicates they just had a class and that other classes are scheduled. 
Yeah, I tried to register for an upcoming class and they all say “Class ended.”

NETI (Northeast Training Institute) appears to have closed operations. HOH and some Internachi training courses were hosted in that building. I was signed up for a class coming up the first week of November but I got a email a week ago from Moranda Evans (Internachi Boulder) that they were refunding the class because it’s cancelled.
I tried contacting the owner of NETI, Larry Frace, and both his business and personal phones were disconnected. Larry is a former co-worker for years of my father-in-law. I asked my FIL to drive over and check on Larry and the NETI building was closed.
Hopefully this is only temporary, but I don’t know.

Consider. InterNACHI® - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, is a global organization with no specific location named “PA House of Horrors”.

Hard to say, but they did build a nice building a few years ago, and it takes a good number of students to fill those seats and pay the bills.

I’m hoping for some update. I was excited to sign up for the 5 day new inspectors course that was scheduled for the spring. I live about an hour away and was glad to have a training location in driving distance. The other locations will definitely be a flight and hotel stay. Selfishly hoping this resource isn’t closed for good, but also hoping Larry is doing okay.
