No…neutrals should never be doubled up…each under it’s own lug.
Grounds doubled up: OK
Neutrals doubled up: Not OK
Grounds and Neutrals terminating under the same terminal: Not OK
Hey … a new guy!
Troy, look back through the old posts and you will find hours of reading on this subject.
I have decided in 08 I’m going to be more involved on the message board.
So new to the message board yes.

Here is a label from a fairly new panel.
This is the only text concerning the neutral/ground bus on the label.
It seems somewhat vague. I guess the current NEC (one neutral per hole) has the final word.
I believe it is a pretty minor issue and I might only call it (doubled neutrals) out on a fairly new installation.
I always weight the risk of the issue, and at the worst case I would have to pay an electrician $50 - $75 to correct it if it came back to me, verses losing inspection business for ‘nit-picking’. I do not believe it poses a fire hazard. I already have a reputation as a nit picker (or as one realtor puts it “an anal SOB”) anyway.
IMHO
