Recent inspection on a new home. HVAC tech said he was there first. Plumber said this is where drain belongs.

This is in a utility room off the garage, they said it could drain out the door into the garage. Shouldn't be a problem,

Buyer backed out of the deal.

Don’t blame buyer for backing out.

If the builder does not have enough control over his subs (he pays them, he should have control) to work together and get it together right, I would back out to.

Just think what else is, or could be, wrong in the walls.

Framer "I was here first."

Electrician "Don't care, this is where it goes."

Plumber "Hey, electrician, I just cut some of your wires because they were in my way, this is where I have to go."

HVAC person "Hey, plumber, sorry about cutting your stack like that, but that was the only way I could fit that duct in there."

Run Forest, Run.
