Hello Fellow Inspectors!


I am new to the business and I am looking to accompany some inspectors to get a better feel for the inspection process.

Yes, In fact, I do have a lot of construction knowledge with respect to residential construction and remodeling. I was born and raised in this industry.


Formerly, I compiled construction punch lists for a client for a few years…that would be the extent of my Inspection experience.


Oh…and yes I am familiar with the codes…not an expert…but I am familiar.


Actually Joe, I spoke to you on the phone a few weeks ago and asked you about doing a drive along with you…I just assumed you were busy when I didn’t hear back from you. I am eager to get out there, so if you have the time, I’d really appreciate if I could accompany you.
