Capital property inspection is looking to outsource New Jersey inspection jobs (mostly Elizabeth area) to an inspector willing to perform inspections as an independent contractor. Pay is $350 for a single-family up to 2,000 Sqft, plus $50 for each additional unit.
Licensed inspectors with 100 inspections on there belt would be preferred.
