New Jersey InterNACHI inspectors meeting in Bloomfield, NJ on February 26, 2015

Looks like the Groundhog as right! Winter is making it’s presence known… And now its time for our next Bloomfield NJNACHI meeting for 2015.

Our regular monthly meeting will be Thursday 2/26/15 at our normal Bloomfield location.

Come out to meet your colleagues, commiserate about the season, and get a little education. Our educational presentation will be by Harry Braiche PE of Apex Engneering . He will be discussing inspecting for structural defects as home inspectors.

NJNACHI meets twice monthly on the second Tuesday in Medford or nearby locale (we are still seeking a permanent new home their), and the fourth Thursday in Bloomfield, both at 6:30pm with typically 2 hours of educational presentations at each meeting.

Educational Seminar

I hope everyone is aware at this point that the Advisory Committee requires 3 hours each of Ethics, Report Writing, and Regulations be part of the 40 hours of continuing education required for license renewal 5/1. Many came to this knowledge late in the process. To address this need w are offering these three subjects in a full day seminar at Forsgate Country Club on April 7th 2015. Program will run from 8am - 6pm, with an approximate cost of $125 for members. Look for registration forms in the immediate future, and sign up for compliance and valuable education.

Again, Our next Bloomfield meeting date is 2/26/15 and our next southern meeting will be March 10, 2015,

You should have received your annual membership renewal in the mail, and hopefully returned it.
