Welcome Isaiah - I’ve been inspecting up the I-5 in Oregon for 22+ years and know all the rules/regs of the state pretty well. I’m now in Maui roughly 75% of the time but still have my company in Oregon and work there occasionally (congratulations on being outside the armpit of a city called Portland, btw).
