Let the sales agents dodge the disclosure of these features of a home that they are selling…and give a buyer the reason to look at buy yours…by showing him a copy of a home inspection report that you had done by a disinterested professional inspector. Show him the good things and the things that you found and (1) fixed, or (2) calculated into the asking price of your house.
