If you are a member of a local Real Estate Association, ask to sign up for their new member orientations and give a presentation about your inspection business, (most associations handle these in monthly groups).
Make it simple, hit on topics like why it’s important to have a home inspection, what sets your company apart from the competition? Reinforce your credentials through your certification with InterNACHI. If your state approves Realtor Continuing Education, share this with your audience: Realtors have access to CE through YOUR InterNACHI membership. Don’t forget Move-In Certified and the Buy Your Home Back program (if participating). Handout a complimentary “Agent” copy of “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” book and place your business card or business card sticker on it.
