New style Garage door opener

At least new to me garage door opener. I came across an I drive opener yesterday that doesn’t require the photo eye sensors. Has anyone seen this type of opener before? It’s a pretty neat setup.

Very cool… be aware, though, that the photoelectric system is only NOT required when used with a “pinch resistant” garage door…

I like this door. I think its about time someone manufactured a door with a brain. The features are great.

The price for the opener in Lowes is $235.00 and a regular type like a Genie is $155.
