Probably depends on whether the 5-day CO course is approved in Oregon, and if so, for how many hours. You could either contact your state licensing agency, which should list approved courses and the hours for which they’re approved (try this first), or ask InterNACHI (moranda@internachi.org).
Moranda is directly connected with the InterNACHI school. Better not to use fastreply@internachi.org, because that gets you to Nick, who will probably refer you to Moranda.
Hi Kenton I was hoping to find you on here.
I would love to pick your brain on a few things, but for now can you give me you opinion on my post about pricing for commercial inspections. before I have to call it a night.
I wish I could David, but I haven’t done commercial inspections. I’m in the process of researching commercial/ industrial systems in order to create a commercial narrative library, and that’s a slow process but doable, but I can’t give you any pricing information from personal experience except that those who seem to be successful at it don’t seem to be inclined to talk about their pricing in detail.
My impression is that prices vary according to the types/levels of services you offer, by region, by building type and use, by system complexity, the possible need to hire specialists, and according to what your skills, credentials, and reputation can command.
Thank you Sir for your candidness
I am sure you will do a great job of it!
and to David Sommer, I’m sorry I broke into your post like this on one hand.
but on another you will want to get to know Mr. Shepard and his work will help you every day if you listen to his advise, good luck!
Thanks again Kenton
