We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Lionel Nowotny to NACHI’s Education Committee. Lionel is an industry expert, licensed Professional Engineer, Annapolis Graduate, appraiser, licensed inspector, NACHI Chapter President, and seasoned educator for ITA.

We are flattered that he wishes to help NACHI Education grow by leaps and bounds, and are looking for some great things from Lionel in coming months.

He has also agreed to teach at next year's convention. The course that Lionel is developing for NACHI focuses on new technologies, materials, systems, and methodologies that are being used, or will be used, in new home construction and renovations. Inspectors will see more and more, and NACHI wants to help ensure that the Inspector can recognize and understand emerging systems and techniques.

Please join me in welcoming our newest and most distinguished addition to NACHI Education.

Welcome “aboard” Dr Nowotny. As a retired swabbie myself I am especially proud to have you as a fellow member of NACHI. Our paths may have crossed as I was in ASW. We may have to swap a few sea stories during the convention.
