Nothing like breathing Stachybotrys…, yes it was tested.
Also found significant termite damage.
Total repairs…over $12,000.00
The culprit was from bathtub drain line being disconnected.
There was also quite a bit of fecal matter throughout the crawlspace as well…no pics necessary.
