Looks fine to me for a az roof. Why kill a deal? It doesn’t rain here.[much]
It might be worth noting the nails are rusting and recommend coating them to prevent them from rusting out, and noting that you recommed annunal roof inspections to cover your self in the event of rain

I reported : Evidence of amature installation recomend consulting a licensed/qualified roofer. There were other problems as well.
