There is one “excuse”: There is not one CE “hour” or piece of training material regarding the most important to a home inspector’s “success” - ensuring Realtors, the ones who are marketed to and control this profession, continue to provide subsequent referrals (which you’re not going to get unless you fit their “mold.”) And if you think they’re going to refer you based on how “technically” educated you are and/or how much construction experience and know-how you have, that would be the understatement of the century.
