You cant always understand him but its great information. I love watching the whole videos but not all of it pertains to home inspections.

Good time to educate yourself.
Waiting for a 3:00 pm appointment and getting antsy.

Right down the street but we had our first snow in almost a year so I am tempted to go sweep up the roof.

Playing with report template,set up for coming report ,maybe will start adding all the material comments from the listing shots…lol

Too lazy to blog on my sites but should start that next.
