North East meetings coming up:


This Saturday, May 7th at 11am the Rochester, NY Chapter of NACHi is meeting at the Holiday Inn Rochester Airport, 911 Brooks Avenue, in
Rochester, NY. Our main speakers will be Assemblywoman Susan John on New York State home inspection licensing, Robert Brown of Certified Adult Training on inspection schools, and John Bowman, Vice President of NACHI and Vice President of The NACHI Foundation on The NACHI Foundation.

On Thursday, May 19th at 6 pm the Penn-Jersey Chapter of NACHI is meeting at the Lantern Restaurant at 530 Pembroke Road in Bethlehem, PA. Our main speakers will be Steve Luxton, Regional Manager of Home Energy Tune Up on Energy Inspections and Rich Patrick of LazrWeb on Marketing your business with websites.

Also on Thursday, May 19th at 6pm the Long Island Chapter of NACHI is meeting at the 56 Fighter Group Restaurant
Republic Airport, Route 110, Gate #1, in East Farmingdale, NY. Our main speaker will be Kerry O'Brien on Inspecting HVAC systems.

On Thursday, May 27th at 5:30pm the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of NACHI is meeting at Jamie?s Restaurant, 3220 West Liberty Avenue, in Pittsburgh, PA. Our main speakers will be NACHI?s attorney Bradley S. Dornish on PA home inspection law and Becky Dauber of Environmental Solutions Association on Mold inspections.

On Tuesday, June 7th at 5:30pm the Southwestern Ontario Chapter of NACHI is meeting at the Best Western Brant Park Inn, 19 Holiday Drive, in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. Our guest speaker will be Mr. Bruce Stewart of Pinchin Environmental speaking on Mould and its effect on the home, Nick Gromicko, NACHI's Janitor, former veteran REALTOR and ad agency owner on Marketing your home inspection service directly to home buyers, Raising your prices when your competition in Ontario charges less, Converting every call into a scheduled inspection, and Tips for tweaking your website so that it sells. Our other speaker will be Lorne Steiner, CEO of Porter Valley Software and NACHI's Director at Large on Advanced Communications for Home Inspectors which includes Effective Marketing to increase business, Best Business Practices for the Home Inspection Industry, and How to effectively Avoid Litigation.
