Hello My name is Michael Russell and I am taking the online courses to become a futur bilding Inspector! Can any one explain this service to me or send me in the direction it is posted?
The idea is pretty simple. I wanted to figure out a way to get every real estate agent in North America to hook up with a local InterNACHI member.
This program is already succeeding in doing that. We initially rolled it out at several REALTOR events in Denver. We had our members pass out marketing pieces explaining that real estate agents could get their continuing education online and for free if they simply knew an InterNACHI member. Once the word got out, our booths got attacked. It is a great way to engage local real estate agents.
We’ve since received approvals in Missouri and Florida, and have applied for approval in every other state and province in North America. We’ve also modified the program so that members get notified when a real estate agent uses their InterNACHI I.D.# to take continuing education (this provides yet another opportunity for the InterNACHI member to engage the agent). We’re coming up with other ways too, including hosting the course portals on InterNACHI member’s websites so that real estate agents in your town spend countless hours on your website.
The project also puts forth a subliminal message to real estate agents who take our free, online, approved real estate courses. It reinforces that InterNACHI’s home inspection courses are equally robust as the course they are taking, and reminds agents that InterNACHI inspectors also have unlimited, free access to InterNACHI’s courses to help them be the very best inspectors in town.
I imagine WV will be in 2 yrs? We’re 2 yrs behind every other state in everything.

In fact, if you believe in Armegeddon, and the end of the world comes ,then just move here to WV when it starts-you’ll have 2 years to get right before the end! :|.)
