Summary: AmeriSpec has been serving the Palm Beach County area for 25 years. We are looking for licensed, hard working and motivated people to join our team. The ideal candidate will be state licensed and must have great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform Home Inspections as a lead inspector
Perform Wind Mitigation Inspections
Perform Four Point Inspections
Develop and maintain alliances with area real estate agents
Operate and posses the necessary tools required to perform an inspection
Responsible for all aspects of the home inspection which include preparing detailed reports with pictures
Must be able to verbally communicate to customers the findings during the inspection
Must be punctual, reliable and able to manage time appropriately
Qualifications:
Licensed by the State of Florida
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
Valid driver’s license
Excellent writing skills
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Other Skills & Abilities:

Ability to work independently
Time management
Organizational skills
Ability to learn new skills and information

Must have reliable transportation

This is a physically demanding job and will require the applicant to work outside in the elements, crawl in attics and climb on roofs.
