How about taking the YEAR out. If you purchase a bunch of books and have some left over then you can not use them the next year. Replace the YEAR for something like “Book of the year” award emblem…
Home owners like colors. The book should stand out when you place it on the counter top during the inspection. Everybody that attend an inspection should be driven to the book.

Looks washed out.Seems the graphics department has lost its pallet as of late.
Primary colors and photos look better than faded cartoons IMO.
Original much better as others have said.
