That’s a loaded question which I am not prepared to answer directly…
I suppose that I’d recommend reading Korzybski’s Science and Sanity as a start… that will give you an understanding of risk and probability…. In the case of your question, I’d say it has a medium to medium-low probability… not beyond the possibility, but not truly probable.
I would say more the rhetoric that they have been saying for years; trump is orange hitler, end of our democracy (it’s a republic dumbass), if they win it will be the last election, etc. the rhetoric that they insist on is a high probability cause of this… you get enough dumb people (and to quote George Carlin, imagine how dumb the average person is and realize that half of them are dumber than that) who believe you, and decide that they will make the difference by taking orange man out.
So, on various levels yea, it is the democrats… but did they actually hire the kid and set him up? Unlikely… they just set the stage and hope that their base will follow through. And why shouldn’t they? Several years ago they rioted and destroyed billions of dollars of property, with no punishment…what is one man’s life versus billions of dollars in the ruthless calculus of war?

The kid was just another patsy like Lee Harvey Oswald. And like all patsies, they don’t live long after the shooting. So the Secret Service was proficient enough to take him out seconds after he fired, but so inept that they let him on the roof of an adjacent building with a gun to begin with??? In any other situation, the Secret Service would be all over the roof of that building. And of course the patsy is up there with an AR-15 just to help push the gun control agenda at the same time.

What is also FU is the shooter was reported as mentally unbalanced and supposedly his own Father is a Psychologist. His Father is a Democrat that owns the very same firearms that the Loony Left wants to ban and supposedly it was his Father’s firearm the shooter used. WTF happened there??

Biden’s people had been stirring the Antifa pot in recent days with a campaign ad of Biden stating that Trump “needs to be in the crosshairs”. Add to that the negligence of the Secret Service and local Pennsylvania law enforcement, and most of the time you have a successful assassination.
But God was on America’s side.
