I just received an email from NxtInspekt saying that they’re phasing out their scheduling system. Has anyone else who uses it got this also.
I’m kinda bummed. I’ve actually really liked their system. Now I have to find a whole new system. Ugghhh!!!
I also received the email, bad for them since I use their back up call center because of the scheduling software, and I never looked at warranty options for the same reason, so potentially they will lose a lot of income from me and other’s like me , from my perspective a poorly thought out decision
