Sorry for the confusion, I was trying to answer two posts at the same time, and obviously did not make myself clear as to which one I was talking about each time.

So we are all on the same page (no pun intended).
As you can read licensing and any bill subsequent takes time and it will not occur lucky split as some suggest. Many checks and balances.
So for those that doubt…lets say to the possibility of licensing and might need some more convincing I talked with a local RE Broker…they also have been sent a survey on hommie licensing…they are all for it …according to him.
I am quite sure we will hear much more shortly as the last MCS meeting is next week …stay tuned!
Thanks to TJ and Len and all the other association members that have had to endure the whole licensing process sitting on the panel.

The questions are irrelevant in my view in the scheme of things! Light in substance and qualitative results.
