Found this in a small condo today. Other than the air flow of the air handler above trashing the space as it draws air in, what are your thoughts?
What are you trying to determine, man? That is the set up of most small, space-starved cheap condos in Vero Beach, FL.
Could it be better? Of course. Spend another $200K or more for an upscale, full-size unit.
Guess its the first time Ive seen this sort of install. Just seems like a piss poor design. Couldnt see any major issues. Was wondering if I was missing something.
