I’ve tried searching and can’t find any information. Does anybody know if there is a clearance requirement of a oil fired monitor heater exhaust to conduit such as this.

Being that close to the wood battens, I doubt it is an issue with the exhaust. However, Eric’s suggestion is excellent.
Looks like a direct vent termination. Look up the specs for that oil or kerosene heater and confirm the clearance requirements. They’re all slightly different.
Is that PVC conduit?
