The new software from InterNACHI just looks so promising, and as a new inspector I can’t wait!! How’s the beta testing consensus coming along? I’m sure you probably can’t talk about it yet, but yeah I’m just anxiously awaiting.
Anyone else feeling the same, or have thoughts they would like to share?
Have you used any other software before?
I haven’t, so nothing to compare it to other than what I’ve researched with other software… I guess it’s exiting to me because of all the features available and the price point.
Yes, I went to the presentation that Ben Gromiko gave last week and I was very impressed with the feature set they have already in Beta, and what they have in the works.
It may be a few months more until the software is released. maybe less. maybe more. It is clear that the team is listening to what we inspectors are saying about our workflow, what features we need/want and the trends in the software industry (good and bad) that many of us are keenly aware of and that the established software companies seem to not care about.
Hive Software is another platform you may want to look at, and they are up and running now. Growing fast.

No mentor as of yet, although I do plan on contacting my local listed mentor of the InterNACHI to discuss more of my home inspection definite chief aim. Thanks for taking the time to comment and guide me in the right direction as well!
As to HIVE, great suggestion! yes I checked that one out and looks to be where I will build off of, if I hit the field before InterNACHI release. The ai features are really cool and efficient.
