Do you utilize the online booking feature in your website? Currently I do not. I know that it would probably expand my business. However, I am weighing that out with losing the control that I have now to manage the schedule. Plus I can qualify the prospect. I am one of these that believes that every prospect is not a fit for me.
What do you think? I appreciate your thoughts and insight.

You are spot on. I do the same. I also find that talking with potential clients (in my case at least) eliminates problems down the road.
As the saying goes (paraphrasing)… “Nobody cares about my business and my clients like I do”!!
