Do I need to do the in person exam if I passed the online inspectors exam? I have a in person exam booked this week, but I just passed the one available online for everyone. It kinda seems pointless to me to do it twice if I passed. Also, if I did all 12 courses before singing my affidavit will I need to do all them again? Does it affect anything?
Going on the assumption that you are in a State that is Regulated/Licensed…
You MUST do exactly what the State requires. InterNACHI requirements are secondary!

Typically, after you pass your certification tests, that is it, but it may depend upon you states regulations as Jeffrey mentioned.

Thanks, and what about doing my courses prior to signing my affidavit?
They still should be good and qualify as having been taken by InterNACHI.
