Good Morning, I thought I would share this template with others that participate in the Roof Data Technician Program. This is basically the same form you need to fill out online for Owens Corning, but I made it easier (clearer) to transfer the info that is needed when you get back to your office. (Since there is no mobile version as of right now)

Looks good. There is a data form on the instruction link that one can print out. On it, I also put the bottom most sticker from the shipping label so I know what label went with what claim.
