I went open house marketing for the first time and it went great!! I was nervous at first because I wasn’t exactly sure what to say and how it was going to go down but I got into a pattern and went down my list from one house to the other. All the realtors were friendly and offered to put my information on the counter. You should try this if you haven’t yet!

We have those on Wednesdays here typically around lunch time.
A brokers open is for agents only and a good way to meet
a bunch of them at once.
