Opinions on - Allegiant Commercial Asset Services Group?

Anyone have experience working with Allegiant Commercial Asset Services Group? Appears the links Larry provided in 2023 are not accessible. I have had them reach out recently requesting inspections, but the pay does not see to align with the scope of work. Also, the emails are horribly written with no punctuation.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

How much they offer… $40 ???
Typical for “Field Services” type inspections. They like to prey on Newbie Inspectors, Real Estate Agents, etc…

I found them ok, if an inspection was $60, under an hour and easily accessible. The problem came with scheduling with whoever was onsite at the property . I did dozens and dozens of these inspections and messed up on one of them (didn’t take pictures of the correct part of the building) and the Allegiant schedulers boss got a hold of our email chain and was a real Bi@&$. Acted like I was some underling employee and how dare I mess up one little thing . Now I couldn’t go back and fix this problem bc I was on a two week vacation and the due date for this had come and gone . They scheduled about 15-18 of these inspections all before I was going on vacation. I got em all but that one .

The other problem came with scheduling. I couldn’t do any of these until after 3 pm. This one particular onsite contact lady acted like how dare I not be able to adjust to her time slot. Sorry but I have a full time job . Another time where some one acted like I was their underling employee. They stopped using me after that .

The other problem is their wordage . It’s like a 12 page email with about 6 sentences with any meat. I always thought, just tell me exactly what you want me to photo and describe and I’ll do it . It shouldn’t be like trying to figure out a sudoku or crossword puzzle to see what they want. Just make an inspector friendly concise one page punch list .
