Any tips on the Orlando market as far as the association to join?
One of the realtors I’ve been speaking with has mentioned ORRA and the supra keys. She also mentioned that you don’t need to get the supra key because there is a new phone app…?
In my past market (Indiana) we had smart cards.

The phone app (eKey) works on smartphones, but you still need a Supra account (and membership in ORRA) to use the system.
And affiliates in ORRA must use the CBS code along with their PIN #, which complicates access, as no one has any idea what the CBS code is for their lock boxes.
