Be aware that OSHA only regulates businesses with employees. If you do not have employees, your business is not regulated and there is no regulatory requirement for training. You may want to save your money.

Also, a comment regarding this statement: “This course meets the OSHA Training Institute guidelines and is presented by an Authorized OSHA Instructor.”

OSHA does not “authorize” instructors. The instructor certainly sounds competent, but he is not “authorized”.

What is beneficial, are the OSHA rules for confined space entry. Though no “permit” is required for the places we go, all inspectors should be made aware of what a confined space is, what dangers lurk, and precautions that should be taken.
