For the uninitiated, Paterson NJ is a ghetto. I worked about 7 miles away from Paterson. Even Waze will try to route you around it, even if the path is way shorter. It’s an unsafe dump.
It doesn’t surprise me at all that something like this would happen. I would bet that even AJH inspectors have to have a partner that stays with the vehicle at every stop otherwise it gets disappeared or destroyed.
