Hi Nick,
In the very near future, I will be needing a home inspector that knows sign
language.
I represent a deaf couple and have been able to communicate with them, thus
far, with the little sign language I know as well as some good lip reading
on their part.
We put in an Agreement of Sale which, I expect, will be accepted soon. It
would be a real benefit if the home inspector is a person who could use sign
language when communicating to the buyers during the home inspection.
The home they are purchasing is in Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Do you have anyone in your membership who may be able to help me?
I will appreciate any help you can provide.
Thanks,

I sign and have volunteered to translate if need be. Trouble is I can only sign, I have trouble reading sign language. In other words I can translate the inspector’s words into sign language but can’t go the other direction very well.
