I am a new inspector in the King of Prussia area. Although I have inspected for years I am finally out on my own and persueing the proper tract. I am looking to learn more about the business practices and share my years of experience with others as well.

What is your background? Do you have any kind of construction experience? No, I don't mean buying homes and paying people to fix them up, I mean do you personally have experience with construction or remodeling? Please don't tell me you watched Bob Vila either!
