Is it required to have the grounding bar attached to the box, this one was hanging.

Do the next two pictures constitute a double-tap?

They look like GFCI or AFCI breakers to me. Can you help us with whether they are standard breakers, meaning did they have a button on them that said “test”?

The grouding bar is required to be secured and bonded to the panel, regardless, so I have to agree with Jeff P on that one.

Besides, Jeff is one of the smartest "electrical techies" I know.

After looking a little closer, it looks like picture 2 are standard breaker and picture 3 is GFCI/AFCI breakers.

My take, could use some more information though.

I guess nobody spotted the aluminum branch wiring.

I hope this was written up (red-flagged)![](upload://oIf4rheiwUb7is4LnZhhesllvG4.gif)

Hmm. Looks like cu to me. I don’t see the al. . .

One of the GFCI breakers appears to properly attached. The other appears to be a double tap. Hard to say from the angle. The non-GFCI breaker is definitely double tapped. Agreed?
