Paperwork flow info

Hey all. I just did my first job for hire. It was a 4point and Wind Mit (Florida). How do you handle the paper work? I used PDF Filler to complete the forms. The client needed to sign the form. I figured he would print it, sign it, scan it and send it to his insurance company. He can’t do those things (no printer or scanner). I’m not sure how you folks handle this? Thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Maybe I should just complete the form onsite and have him sign it.? I just need input on paperwork flow. Thanks
