Hmmm.... my prices are higher than average so I really don't know why you feel the need to make up stuff. Not that I'm surprised, you've got to be the most dishonest, unethical gal I know.

Oh well. So, we done yet, Barney, or you feel the need to go another round or two? icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

Dave
Nice of you put your prices up, you must really be concerned about your image. Up from $290 to $365.... from one extreme to the other. Now how are you going to explain you are a part time wanna be home inspector who can't meet the requirements of Oahi, let alone CAHPI.

By the way if you are going to have me made up as a cheerleader can you give me bigger boobs, and blond hair? Boy you sure have a lot of time on your hands. You should go out and find a girl. You do like girls don't ya?

Any other orders? You seem to be able to belittle and ride non members, but when you don’t like something someone else says your down their throats. Judging by the number of hits many people love to read this crap. If you don’t like the stuff don’t read it. No one is forcing you to read it.

Hey nay sayers,

I think I will have to team up with the likes of Mr. Hagarty, Erol Kartal, Dave Bottoms, Chad Fabry, James Quinn, Gil Strachan, Ed Porter, Jim Morrison, and a few of the other nay sayers and start posting anti Nachi stuff. God knows its easy to find the inconsistencies. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) Just like all the other associations.

Gil says,

Ray,

I love your poetic prose, inane ramblings and references to obscure Canadian protocol. I firmly support everything you say and think that you should post it in every forum...not just the NACHI forum.

That way, you'll be able to more quickly achieve your goal of turning the NACHI board into a ghost town .

I have to give you credit Ray, because only you and James Bushart have managed to drive away members and non-members alike while writing under the guise of being NACHI proponents. It's really quite amazing to witness the psychology involved.

Either you and Jim are the two shrewdest anti NACHI activists alive or you're both quite insane.

There is only one problem with your comments, I have not been a proponent of Nachi. I have been a proponent of ensuring the truth is told about OAHI and to some degree CAHPI. Please point out for me where I have ever been a proponent of Nacho except for the short period of time where I was a free member.

Thanks for the uplifting comments, like I said Allen and Hagarty and Bush must have had a brain fart. No one forces them to read this stuff but here they are playing cop. Sure is strange how some posts disappear while other posts stay up and go on four pages before these guys come over here and ruin the fun. ![nachi_sarcasm.gif](upload://6HQh6KbNiD73gqTNQInjrR2zeJw.gif)

I need some blank invoices and some PR literature printed up, can I entrust you to do it for me? ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) Thanks Gil.

So... you're charging $375 + GST now? Didn't think so.

Sure you did! And Nick's angels pay for NACHI, right?

I also get usually a better class of home . Those who wish a low priced inspection frequently buy the place that takes a lot longer to inspect.
Better homes less work equals more profit .
I like it . It works for me and others who I know do it this way. Roy C sr.

Here's the number to beat... go for it. You know you can do it.

We'll expect to see your posted rate increased to $375, correct?

Otherwise your claim of charging the highest (always $25 higher than the next highest) will be unsubstantiated. But then, so are most of your claims. Nothing new.

As the best home inspector in your region, and with a philosopy of charging the highest fees because you're the best, that shouldn't represent any difficulty for you... or?
