Has anybody ever seen this kind of set up before. The attachment to


the house is partially covering the top window. is this a code violation


or just aesthetics?

That looks like a stationary window which would not be used for egress. Tacky, but not a violation I’m aware of.

Looks like a fixed transom window (or lite) and it is too high for someone to try and egress anyway. Agree that it looks like Fido’s behind.
